Delete your account
You can delete your Mulb account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From inside the app
- 1Open the Mulb app and sign in.
- 2Go to the Account tab.
- 3Choose "Delete account" at the bottom.
- 4Confirm. It happens immediately.
If you cannot sign in
Write to us from the phone number or address registered on the account. We action it within two working days once we have confirmed it is you.

- Your name, phone number and account details.
- Your requests, interview bookings and their history.
- Your favourites and your notifications.
- Any ratings you left for offices.
Note: we may keep limited records where Qatari accounting or regulatory rules require it, with nothing linking them to your account. Offices you contacted keep their own records — they are independent businesses and we are not a party to their contracts.
